"I would highly recommend Trusted Heating and Air if you want and honest problem assessment and proposal to repair. I had an evaporator coil go bad on my Trane AC that uses R410 refrigerant which is no longer allowed by the EPA in the manufacture of new complete units. I was told by two HVAC repair companies, in the middle of 100 degree days in Texas August heat, that obtaining parts was not possible or could take weeks. As a result, they would have to replace my entire HVAC system for $18K. Brad informed me that wasn't true and replacement coils that utilize R410 were readily available. As a result, he replaced my coil and my system was back online. Thank you Brad! Like most customers, I appreciate your honesty and transparency."

"I write reviews from time to time but every now and then you come across someone who deserves special recognition. Brad is one of those people.
He came out to fix my AC and did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left.
From the very beginning, Brad made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. Before the repairs even started, Brad brought a portable AC unit to help keep my home cool while we waited for the necessary part to arrive and until the repairs were completed. He took it back once my AC was up and running again, ensuring my home stayed comfortable the entire time. It was a thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference.
Throughout the entire process, Brad kept me informed at every step of the way. He updated me on when the part would arrive, when the repairs would be completed and most importantly, he did exactly what he said he would do. That gave me confidence that everything was being handled the way it should be.
I was also impressed by the respect Brad and his team showed for my home. They laid tarps down to protect my floors while they worked and cleaned up after the job was finished,. They left everything neat and tidy by treating my home as if it were their own. That level of care did not go unnoticed.
What really set Brad apart was the level of care he showed throughout the entire process. After completing the repair, he followed up the very next day to make sure everything was still working properly and that I was completely satisfied. That kind of customer service is becoming increasingly rare and speaks volumes about the pride he takes in his work.
It's easy to find someone who can do a repair. It's much harder to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience from start to finish. Brad did both.
My AC is working great thanks to Brad's professionalism, integrity, honesty and commitment by making sure the job was done right. I don't think this review can fully do justice to how grateful I am for Brad's help but I hope it helps someone else make the decision to call him. If you choose Brad, you'll be in good hands.

"I called Brad to come out and take a look at my heater which I assumed was broken. It was an extremely cold day in the 20s. He made a suggestions for me to change my filters since they had not been changed in one year period he further stated when it's really cold. The system has a hard time keeping up. And if airflow is compromised, it can overheat and turn off automatically. He further stated if that did not work to give him a call right back. And he would come out.I take a look. Well, that was the problem, and it's working fine! He also followed up with me later since i haven't had not called him back to make sure it's a problem with corrected. I am looking forward to him coming to do the Regular maintenance on it in May. Highly recommend!"
